Jade Steven is a Tahlequah, OK born interdisciplinary artist and educator currently based in Denver, CO. A graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver, Jade’s practice explores themes of identity, discourse, systems, and the ways social structures shape perception and experience. Through an evolving studio practice, he investigates the intersections of personal narrative, contemporary culture, and constructed realities.

Alongside his art practice, Jade works as an educator, bringing critical dialogue and creative inquiry into the classroom. His work has been exhibited at Next Gallery, Memento Mori Gallery, and the Center for Visual Art, where he has participated in exhibitions highlighting emerging contemporary artists and socially engaged practices.
